Brian is a Registered Massage Therapist and graduate of the Langara College RMT program. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of British Columbia. Brian’s background as a competitive powerlifter gives him a practical understanding of how the body responds to stress—whether that’s from training, sitting at a desk all day, or keeping up with the demands of a busy life. He enjoys working with a wide range of people, from office workers and parents to recreational and high-performance athletes. Brian takes a collaborative, goal-oriented approach. He combines hands-on techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point release, myofascial release, and joint mobilizations with simple, accessible exercises and movement strategies. His focus is on helping you understand your body, reduce pain and tension, and feel more in control of your recovery. Brian believes that the best results come from pairing manual therapy with active movement. Whether you’re dealing with everyday aches, recovering from an injury, managing stress, or looking to move and perform better, he aims to create a treatment plan that feels tailored, sustainable, and supportive of your lifestyle. Outside of the clinic, Brian enjoys hiking, playing ultimate frisbee, and powerlifting. He believes that movement is an essential part of a healthy life and brings that same philosophy into every session.
