Massage Therapy
Purposeful, sustained pressure that works into deeper muscle layers without forcing your body to brace against it. A good fit for chronic tension, persistent knots, and areas that have been holding on for a long time. Not the same as deep tissue.
Lymphatic Drainage
A gentle, rhythmic technique that encourages fluid drainage and reduces swelling. Much lighter pressure than traditional massage. Unlike other massage services, lymphatic work addresses the system as a whole rather than one isolated area, which is why a full hour produces the best results. A good fit for post-surgical recovery, puffiness, chronic inflammation, and immune support.
