Massage
A full-body massage using light to medium pressure. Designed to help your muscles release, your nervous system settle, and your body recover. A good fit for stress, general soreness, and anyone who wants to feel better in their body.
Lymphatic Drainage
A gentle, rhythmic technique that encourages fluid drainage and reduces swelling. Much lighter pressure than traditional massage. Unlike other massage services, lymphatic work addresses the system as a whole rather than one isolated area, which is why a full hour produces the best results. A good fit for post-surgical recovery, puffiness, chronic inflammation, and immune support.
