Inspired by an ever growing amount of stress in our society & an often declining amount of healthy touch amongst people, I found my way to Cortiva/Chicago School of Massage Therapy. I received my Massage License in 2009 and started working with a variety of clients and volunteering weekly with cancer patients. I went on to focus a large amount of my work with Chiropractors specializing in injuries, chronic pain & other issues. During this time I also invested in my interest in self-care through Yoga and became a certified Yoga instructor through Temple of Kriya Yoga in 2011. Since that time I have explored working in other environments such as wellness centers, fitness centers and assisted living facilities. Wherever my work takes me I strive to combine the techniques, modalities and at home self care practices that I can share with my clients to help them feel their best. Along with my hands on work, I also became an instructor at the New School for Massage in Tinley Park educating future massage therapists. I look forward to continuing to learn, share and work in the massage and bodywork field.
