My mission as a Massage Therapist is to provide a safe space for clients to heal physically and energetically so they can be the best version of themselves. I implement therapeutic massage techniques such as Swedish, trigger point therapy, PNF stretching, and deep tissue in targeted areas to facilitate pain relief as well as relaxation. For those looking to improve their lymphatic health, I am certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD). I am also a Reiki Master, which is used to aid energetic well-being. Each massage is tailored to a client’s needs, whether you are seeking relief from pain, improved lymphatic health, an energetic reset, or much needed relaxation.
