Dimpy Verma is a Registered Massage Therapist affiliated with the Registered Massage Therapy Association of Ontario (RMTAO) and with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). She graduated from the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy in Toronto in 2025. Dimpy is dedicated to helping clients improve their physical health and wellbeing through out-come driven plan. Dimpy can incorporate a variety of techniques, including Swedish massage, Deep Tissue Therapy, Myofascial release, Remedial Exercises, and Trigger Point Therapy to create effective and individualized care plans for a diverse range of patients. Because of her background in physiotherapy as well, her approach is rooted in a deep understanding of anatomy and biomechanics. She is also great at treating musculoskeletal conditions such as chronic pain, sports injuries and stress-related tension. When she is not in the clinic, you’ll likely find her outdoors with her family, camping, reading about health and wellness, or practicing yoga.
