Jessica is a dedicated and compassionate massage therapist with over 12 years of professional experience in both clinical and holistic bodywork. A graduate of Irene’s Myomassology Institute, she has expanded her training with certifications in myofascial release, cupping and lymphatic drainage, allowing her to deliver comprehensive and customized therapeutic care. Her background includes more than eight years, working in a chiropractic setting, where she developed a strong clinical skill set supporting clients with chronic pain, injuries, postural issues, and ability restrictions. She also brings over four years of experience in spa environments, refining her ability to create deeply, relaxing, and restorative sessions with a warm holistic approach. Jessica specializes in deep tissue, therapeutic and sports massage, as well as myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, Swedish massage, cupping, and hot stone therapy. She works with clients managing, chronic pain, athletes in training or seeking recovery, and anyone looking for deeply restorative relaxation. Outside of work, Jessica is a passionate animal advocate who volunteers with rescue organizations. She finds joy in gardening, cooking, crafting, mushroom foraging, kayaking, and exploring the beauty of nature.

Lymphatic drainage massage is a form of very light massage that encourages lymph flow in the body. It is particularly good for detoxification, edema, pre-and post plastic surgery and post-liposuction. It can also help with cellulite treatments, scar tissue, spider veins, redness and acne.
