Caring for a woman’s journey into motherhood is a sacred service. Pre and post natal massage has a host of benefits for mother and child. It eases pain, decreases stress and tension, promotes hormonal balance and benefits good sleep. As a general rule of thumb, prenatal massage can benefit you throughout your pregnancy with monthly appointments until around 27 weeks, then twice monthly appointments from around 27 weeks to 36 weeks, and weekly appointments from 36 weeks until you give birth. Please note, prenatal massages are only scheduled after the first trimester.
