Sneha is a dedicated and dynamic Registered Physiotherapist working at Integrated Touch Physiotherapist. She is registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapy of Ontario. She has completed her graduation from Gujarat University in 2018. During her academic years, Sneha has worked in many different healthcare settings including orthopedic, neurologic, community care and surgical wards with all age groups. Sneha is also certified in Functional Dry Needling which has shown great results to promote recovery by releasing muscle tightness and reducing pain. Sneha is committed to supporting pelvic health for every body. She has completed her course The Physical Therapy Approach for Anyone Experiencing Urinary Incontinence and The Role of Physiotherapy in the Treatment for Anyone Experiencing Pelvic Pain Through a Trauma Informed Lens. After performing a holistic exam of your abdomen, low back and pelvic girdle, and if needed with your comfort in mind an internal exam of your pelvic floor muscles, she will develop a customized, evidence-based treatment plan to help you with: pelvic pain, incontinence, pelvic floor strength and pre and post-natal care. She believes in developing open and honest relationships with her clients. Her focus is on neuromuscular injuries in a wide variety of the population, including: joint problems, muscle injuries, post-surgical rehab, geriatrics, neurological disorders and sports-related injuries. Sneha aims to achieve holistic well-being for your physical and mental health. She is passionate about the physiotherapy profession and her philosophy is based on patient-centered care, guiding clients through their challenges and ensuring optimal outcome and satisfaction. With her compassionate and personalized approach, her deep understanding of the body’s mechanics, she focuses on determining the root cause of your problem and effectively relieving your symptoms. She has done additional courses in Advanced Integrated Manual Therapy, Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy for Adults, Pre and Post Natal Care, Myofascial Release, Functional Dry Needling, Kinesiotaping , Cupping Therapy and custom progressive exercise programs. She feels that learning is a lifelong process, therefore endlessly participates in professional developmental courses and webinars. Outside of work, she enjoys badminton, gym, shopping, and socializing with friends. Sneha has a deep appreciation and enjoys visiting places filled with beauty.

Your appointment will include a thorough assessment, an explanation of your diagnosis and plan, as well as provide treatment.
