I have been a Naturopathic Doctor for over 12 years. My passion is educating my patients about their bodies so they can make empowered informed decisions. I apply this to patients of all ages. I uses a variety of assessment tools to help identify underlying imbalances. Some of these include physical exams, standard blood tests, functional tests, comprehensive stool testing, food sensitivity testing, breath testing (SIBO), salivary, and urine hormone testing. I create a personalized treatment plan that uses a combination of nutritional and lifestyle counseling, herbal medicine, vitamin and mineral therapy and acupuncture.
