The first appointment is 90 minutes and begins with a thorough review of your health history, followed by a full acupuncture treatment. When appropriate, red light or laser therapy may also be included. This visit marks the start of your care. For the best results, most patients continue with weekly treatments for at least 3–4 weeks. Because our schedule fills quickly, we recommend scheduling these follow-up visits at the same time as your initial appointment. This helps ensure consistent care without delays. If you need any assistance, our team will be glad to help.
