She is currently practicing as a registered massage therapist at Evergreen Rehab & Wellness in Langley, BC. Sarah grew up in Chilliwack and began long-distance running in high school. Having encountered many injuries throughout her time as an athlete, she has experienced firsthand how massage therapy can aid in recovery, both physically and mentally. Sarah has always had a passion for helping others, which led her to pursue a career as a RMT. She uses a client-centered approach to develop tailored treatment plans, integrating various modalities of massage to promote healing and wellness. Her treatments incorporate a balance of Swedish relaxation techniques, along with deep tissue and orthopedic methods. Techniques can include general Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, and neuromuscular techniques. In her spare time, Sarah enjoys running, hiking, camping, and spending time with friends and family.
