Nikita has experience treating many musculoskeletal conditions using advanced massage techniques and therapeutic exercises. As a graduate of Mount Royal University’s 2200-hour Massage Therapy program, she is trained in Swedish, therapeutic, myofascial stretching, deep tissue, and trigger point techniques. Nikita enjoys helping her clients customize treatment plans to suit their long-term goals. She has experience treating athletes, seniors, construction workers, pregnant women and the general public in clinics, schools, hospitals, and drop-in centers. She is a member of the Massage Therapist Association of Alberta. Outside of work Nikita can be found trialing and training scent detection with her dog, she loves hiking, animals, painting, and spending time with her family.
