I am a CA License Massage Therapist and body worker. I first started practicing bodywork in 1997in Israel, in 2005 became a Massage Practitioner and in 2014 continued to become a licensed massage therapist. I am practicing a larger array of bodywork modalities. I practice Therapeutic Swedish Massage and deep tissue,trigger-point as well as cranial sacral, footwork/reflexology, and Reiki. I targets the places of pain or injuries and uses her hands and her box of tools to create a change. The goal of my work is: "to listening to what is it thebody's need, and take the time to get there, to create a shift together with the client." I value the body's ability to heal itself if given the support and assistance it needs. I act as a facilitator in this process and supporteach person inhis or her process. My touch and experience is there to open the gate to thatstate of well-being.
Swedish Deep tissue massage is a style of massage that allows the body to relax and is also designed to remove severe tension and relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve the range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.
