Hi, I’m Dr. Nicole - and I’m so glad you’re here! As a naturopathic doctor, I believe in the power of simple, foundational habits to create lasting change. My approach centers on the fundamentals - nourishing food, restful sleep, movement, and stress resilience - while creating space for you to feel heard, supported, and empowered. I view health care as a partnership. I’m here to walk alongside you, and help you feel confident and capable as you work toward your unique health and wellness goals. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry from Simon Fraser University in BC. I began my career in the lab, but I quickly realized something was missing. I wanted to work with people, not petri dishes, and to uplift and empower, not just analyze results. That’s what led me to naturopathic medicine - a space where I could blend evidence-based care with real-life, person-centered support. I went on to complete my four-year Doctor of Naturopathy degree at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, where I held leadership roles and interned at the Schad Naturopathic Clinic. I am licensed by the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO), and a member of both the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND) and the New Brunswick Association of Naturopathic Doctors (NBAND). Whether you’re seeking more energy, better digestion, hormone balance, or just a place to start, I’m here to help. My goal is always to empower you through care that’s grounded in research, clinical experience, and what matters most to you. Outside the clinic, I love movement - whether it’s dancing (I was a competitive dancer for years), lifting weights, or getting outside for a walk. But I also deeply value rest, slow moments, and balance. I’ll never say no to a cozy evening with a cup of tea and a good TV show, and when I can, I enjoy reading (even if it takes me three months to finish a book ). I bring that same balance, of energy and ease, into my practice. Originally from Port Hope, Ontario, I’ve lived across Canada - from the West Coast to the Maritimes - and now proudly call New Brunswick home. At the heart of my work is a deep belief in empowerment, community, and lifting each other up. I look forward to working with you on your health journey.
