I'm a NC licensed Massage and Body Therapist trained in a variety of modalities which I like to use in combination during each session to give my clients the best outcome for their health and pain relief needs. Every body is different and I believe in listening to what our bodies say to help them function at peak efficiency. What one person needs isnt always what another does, so I tailor each session to fit my peoples goals specifically.
