Dhrumi is a Registered Physiotherapist committed to delivering evidence-informed, patient-centered care. She has a special interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, injury recovery, pain management, and functional movement optimization. Her treatment philosophy focuses on identifying the root cause of symptoms and developing individualized rehabilitation programs that combine manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, movement education, and self-management strategies. she also Incorporates appropriate adjunctive techniques such as Dry Needling, Instrumental-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), and cupping therapy to compliment rehabilitation and support pain management, mobility and functional recovery. Dhrumi works closely with each patient to restore function, reduce pain, and promote long-term health and wellness. Her goal is to help patients return to the activities they enjoy while building strength, confidence, and resilience for the future.
