Kristine Robillard is a compassionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist dedicated to helping people live pain-free, healthier lives. There are two options to book with Kristine: Relaxation or Therapeutic massages. Relaxation massage is a hands-on massage therapy appointment utilizing traditional massage therapy techniques to ease tension and promote relaxation. Therapeutic massage will allow sufficient time for focused deep tissue work tailored to your needs. Your treatment may also incorporate therapeutic tools such as cupping, hot stones, gua sha, acupressure ball, and etc. to enhance muscle release and overall results. The use of tools will be explained prior. With a deep passion for healing through touch, she strives to provide personalized care that addresses each client’s unique needs — whether it’s relaxation, stress relief, or recovery from complex injuries. Kristine’s approach combines a variety of techniques tailored to each session, including Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM). This specialized method allows her to effectively target areas of tension, break down scar tissue, and restore mobility, helping her clients experience lasting relief. Her commitment goes beyond just treating symptoms; Kristine takes the time to listen, understand, and create treatment plans that empower her clients to take charge of their well-being.
