Ciera brings a wealth of experience and passion to her practice as a Manual Osteopathic Practitioner. With a 4th-degree black belt in Taekwondo and over a decade of competitive experience across North America, including Nationals, the US Open, and Can Ams, Ciera has honed not only her physical skills but also her understanding of the human bodys mechanics. Her background as a personal trainer for 10 years and owner of two successful Taekwondo schools in Alberta prior to moving to Kelowna further emphasizes her dedication to health and wellness. Ciera graduated from the National Academy of Osteopathy and holds a Bachelor of Science in Osteopathy. She combines a strong educational foundation with hands- on experience to provide personalized care to every patient. Her approach is rooted in helping others achieve optimal health, whether thats recovering from an injury, improving mobility, or simply leading a more active lifestyle. Outside the clinic, Ciera is an avid adventurer with a deep love for the mountains. Alongside her partner, Ben, she spends her free time hiking, camping, and hunting. Ciera has already summited Aconcagua and attempted Everest. With a goal to complete the 7 Summits and 2 Poles, she is on a journey toward the Explorers Grand Slam. Ciera is dedicated to helping her patients live pain-free and active lives, blending her diverse skill set and passion for movement into every treatment. She believes in not just treating the symptoms but addressing the root causes to ensure long -term wellness.
