A focused session for the hands, fingers, and wrists addressing soft tissue, fascia, flexor and extensor pathways, carpal tunnel structures, and intrinsic hand muscles. Supports mobility, flexibility, and upper-body mechanics. Includes detailed work through reflex zones to reduce tension, improve function, and restore ease in daily hand use.
