Rehana brings advanced training in pelvic floor physiotherapy and is the go-to for all things pelvic health including pelvic pain, incontinence, urgency and frequency, nocturnal bathroom adventures, menopause related pelvic changes, constipation, and the journey through pregnancy and postpartum. Beyond the clinic walls, catch Rehana exploring the city with her energetic toddler, embracing the great outdoors, or channelling her creativity into exciting projects. With Rehana by your side, pelvic health becomes not just a journey but a joyous adventure towards well-being. Rehana holds a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto, an Honours Bachelor of Science through McMaster University, and is in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
