Caryl is a licensed RMT and graduate of Pacific Coastal College of Massage Therapy with a Bachelor of Applied Science from Simon Fraser University. She brings a compassionate, intuitive approach to therapeutic bodywork, with a special interest in myofascial release, mobility support and restoring ease where stress, pain or injury have taken root. With a deep respect for the body’s innate ability to heal, Caryl’s work is centered on reducting tension, improving function, and supporting recovery from sport and active living. Her calm, restorative sessions help you reconnect with your body and reclaim strength and softness, in equal measure. Outside the treatment room, she loves cycling, strength-training, snowshoeing, patios with friends and family, and any moments with her goddaughters.
