I’m a big believer that movement is medicine—whether that’s training for a race or HYROX, or just getting out for a walk and calling it a win. As a chiropractor with 14 years of experience and co-owner of Nth Degree Therapy, I help people stay active, recover smarter, and move with more confidence and less pain. My approach combines Diversified chiropractic care, Contemporary Medical Acupuncture, dry needling, and exercise prescription to create treatment plans that fit your life—whether you’re a runner, golfer, athlete, or just want to feel better in your body. Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find me running, golfing, training, or keeping up with my two high-energy German Shorthaired Pointers. I understand the balance between pushing performance and prioritizing recovery—and I help my patients do the same. Education: BSc. (Hons) Life Sciences, McMaster University Doctor of Chiropractic, Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Provider, McMaster University
