Sareena is Passionate about empowering individuals to become the best versions of themselves. Through her clinical internship, she gained valuable experience in treating a wide range of conditions, injuries, and neurological concerns. Sareena is a graduate of West Coast College of Massage Therapy and takes a holistic approach to healing, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of her patients. Regardless of the reason for their visit, her goal is always to help clients feel strong, both mentally and physically. A firm believer in the power of manual therapy, Sareena knows that its benefits extend to everyone. She also encourages her patients to actively participate in their healing process by providing practical tips and exercises they can do on their own. She views the relationship between therapist and patient as a partnership, where teamwork being essential for achieving long-term success. Sareena has a passion for both practicing and teaching hot yoga and fitness classes. She loves spending time outdoors, whether its hiking or swimming, and finds relaxation in the soothing heat of saunas and steam rooms. Above all, she treasures quality time with her family, finding immense joy in those moments.
