Alicia Bogard (owner of Soothe) started her formal education in Massage Therapy in 2006 while living in Encinitas, CA and became a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Iowa at the beginning of 2017. She has been certified as a Holistic Life Coach since 2012 from the Spencer Institute out of San Diego, CA. Alicia is a member of the American Massage Therapy Associate and also has a National Provider Identifier number for those looking to receive massage as prescribed by a physician. She also is certified as a Reiki Master/Teacher. Most recently, Alicia became a Certified Hypnotherapist in 2019. Copies of all licenses and certifications are available upon request.
