I am a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from Kikkawa College of Massage Therapy in Toronto. I am grateful to be a part of a client’s journey and truly want to have a beneficial impact on physical health by helping to restore mobility and reducing and eliminating pain. I think of the body as a “whole” and aim to find the root cause of an issue to help alleviate the problem now and prevent it from reoccurring. This may be achieved through a variety of methodologies I work with: Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilizations and hydrotherapy, are to name a few. All of these modalities may be used in combination with each other to target musculoskeletal issues that contribute to many aggravating symptoms, such as headaches, postural dysfunctions, stress, reduced mobility, body tension and pain. I also strive to educate clients on proper body mechanics and self-care techniques to allow for greater independence.
