Chelsea graduated with a Massage Therapy diploma from Ontario College of Health and Technology in 2016 and a Bachelor of Health Science degree from Queen’s University in 2023. Since becoming a massage therapist, she has been helping people throughout the Niagara Region move and feel better through Swedish massage therapy, trigger point therapy, hydrotherapy, and remedial exercise. Chelsea loves helping people and believes empathetic listening is the key to developing an effective treatment plan unique to the needs of each individual. When Chelsea isn’t at the clinic she enjoys spending time in nature, practicing yoga, or hanging out with her two German shepherds, Maya and Bruce.

The focus of a therapeutic massage is to address specific areas of discomfort and usually involves techniques that provide deeper pressure such as trigger point therapy or soft tissue release. The longer the treatment time, the more areas of the body we can address, or the more focused we can be on a particular issue.
