I spent the majority of my adult life seeking alternative ways to be healthier and manage physical and mental health. It seemed like I was constantly having acute and chronic health problems popping up, and I was sick and tired of being handed prescriptions, being told nothing was wrong, or being told the doctors couldnt do anything for me. After 9 years in the Marine Corps and 2 years as an HR consultant, I left the corporate world to focus on health and wellness. Ive earned certifications in yoga, skincare, and massage therapy, and Ive found massage therapy to be such a powerful tool in helping alleviate an array of health conditions. Armed with the techniques of neuromuscular massage therapy, Im able to help my clients work through chronic pain and dysfunctions, even when nothing else has worked.
