Victoria attended the Center for Massage and Natural Health in Asheville, NC in 2020. She offers integrative massage, where she blends multiple modalities to create a custom massage that is unique to each client’s needs. She has had training in Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, neuromuscular trigger point, myofascial release, Thai, prenatal, as well as other modalities. She is reiki attuned. Her favorite things about practicing massage are bringing relief to her clients, as well as the fluid nature of massage, which shows in her style, where she utilizes a lot of long strokes.
Massage
Your therapist will work with you and your specific needs to get your body feeling it's best. This can include the following modalities: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release Technique and any other modality the therapist has learned.
Lymphatic Drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart.
