I am great at trigger point, myofascial, joint mobilization, and active release. I am also able to do warm bamboo, hot stone, reflexology, rock blades, cupping, kinesiology taping and aromatherapy. Massage Therapy
60 minutes, 90 min or 2hours of hands on time plus 5 minutes before and after for dressing, discuss goals, and to give recommendations. This is all inclusive with options of adding cupping, hot stones, hot towels, hot packs or rock blading at no additional charge.
Reflexology
30 minutes of Reflexology for Feet only (can add hands within the 30minutes as an option) this is not a full body treatment
