I have been a massage therapist for over 15 years and have over 10 years of teaching experience in health subjects including medical terminology and anatomy. I currently hold CPR, First Aid and Mental Health First Aid instructor certifications. I specialize in injury care, using a combination of techniques including deep tissue, sports massage, stretching, cupping and myofascial release. I don't shy away from complicated situations!
