I have been a massage therapist for over 15 years and have over 10 years of teaching experience in health subjects including medical terminology and anatomy. I currently hold CPR, First Aid and Mental Health First Aid instructor certifications. Massage

Lymphatic Drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle manual technique which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart.
