I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2021, and have been practicing Reiki since 2014. I have always loved working one on one with people in order to help them reach their goals- whether it be stress relief, pain relief, or just some time to relax and unwind. I'm very happy I'm able to offer and promote a safe space in the community where EVERY BODY is welcomed and encouraged to be themselves!
Smooth stones or bamboo sticks are heated and then lubricated with oil, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones or bamboo induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering. Please select either hot bamboo or hot stones as an add on or mention in your appointment notes when booking!
