Lidya is a graduate of Vicars School of Massage Therapy in Calgary with more than ten years of experience in healthcare and therapeutic recreation. She brings a compassionate, client-centred approach to treatment, with a strong focus on relaxation, muscular tension, and overall well-being. Her treatments incorporate Swedish massage, gentle therapeutic stretching, and mindful touch to help reduce tension, promote relaxation, and support recovery. Each session is tailored to the individual, with attention to comfort, treatment goals, and the client’s overall experience. Lidya values the importance of slowing down, listening to the body, and creating space for rest and recovery. Her goal is to provide a calm, supportive environment where clients can feel comfortable, cared for, and more connected to their bodies. Outside of practice, Lidya enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and appreciating the simple moments in everyday life. Please note: Lidya is currently completing the registration process to become a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). Until registration is finalized, treatments are not eligible for direct billing or reimbursement through extended health insurance, MSP, ICBC, or other third-party providers. Once registered, eligible RMT services and direct billing will become available, and fees will be adjusted to align with the clinic’s current RMT rates.
