Annick Trudel is a dedicated and caring Registered Massage Therapist. She completed her education at Georgian College, Barrie, Ontario, and has been practicing since 2017. She has experience in treating various conditions and can modify treatments according to individual client needs, as well as provide remedial exercises suited for recovery. Her approach to massage is focused and detail-oriented, always prioritizing client health and comfort. Annick has been a valued member of the Silver Birch Clinic team for the past four years. She recently completed Part 1 of an educational series for pregnancy massage, further expanding her skills to better support her clients. Outside of work, Annick absolutely loves outdoor sports—hiking, camping, skiing, and kayaking, to name a few. In her opinion, no one should ever feel limited by their physical and/or mental conditions. Hence her passion in massage: to help each person enjoy what inspires them.
