I've wanted to become a massage therapist since high school. I graduated from the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in 2011. I specialize in medical massage. It is my daily goal to help people with pain management and to de-stress from life's many challenges. I am available in Liverpool, NY on Tuesdays and Fridays and in Syracuse, NY on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Outside from massage therapy I am an evangelist, I sing, and love to crochet.
Massage
The most commonly used service we offer, the personalized massage is designed specifically for you. Not only using deep tissue massage which is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. We also use cupping, heat therapy, myofascial release, etc to get the most out of your session. *intake is counted part of session
Lymphatic Drainage
lymphatic drainage is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. Good for post cosmetic surgery ( liposuction; BBL; tummy tuck; etc) *Swelling varies from patient to patient which is why t is recommended to do a free consultation prior to scheduling. **For best results it is recommended to have this treatment done as following: between 1-4 wks post 2-3 times a week; 4-8 weeks between 1-2 times a week.
