Vera is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and Registered Kinesiologist (R.Kin) who takes a thoughtful, movement-based approach to rehabilitation and performance. She has been practicing kinesiology since 2021 and massage therapy since 2024, blending hands-on treatment with exercise-based care to help clients recover, build resilience, and move more efficiently. With a background as a rock climbing instructor and personal trainer, Vera brings a strong understanding of strength, mobility, and functional movement into her practice. Her own athletic journey began in competitive figure skating, where she trained intensively until an injury at age 14 led her to retire early. She later found a new passion in rock climbing—an experience that further shaped her appreciation for the body’s adaptability and the importance of injury prevention and recovery. These early experiences with sports injuries ultimately guided Vera toward studying sports science and pursuing a career focused on helping others navigate pain, recover from injury, and return to the activities they enjoy. She works with a wide range of conditions, including sports injuries, muscle tension, and movement imbalances, always aiming to address both symptoms and underlying causes. Vera also places strong emphasis on the role of the nervous system in healing. Her treatments are designed not only to reduce pain and improve function, but also to help patients feel calm, supported, and regulated. By creating a relaxed therapeutic environment and tailoring each session to the individual, she strives to ensure every patient leaves feeling better—both physically and mentally.
All new RMT patients require an initial assessment. Initial Assessment Your first appointment will begin with a brief but comprehensive assessment (approximately 5–15 minutes) to establish your treatment goals and confirm that massage therapy is clinically appropriate. If it is not, your therapist will provide guidance or referral to a more suitable provider. Mandatory Documentation An online intake form, consent form, and full health history must be completed prior to receiving any treatment. If you prefer to complete forms in the clinic, please arrive 15 minutes early. Treatment Time After the assessment, the remainder of your booked session will be dedicated to hands-on care. Our therapists conduct all required clinical examinations efficiently to ensure safety and maximize hands-on treatment time. If you have questions before scheduling, our clinical team is happy to assist.
