Crystal Lam Crystal Lam is a Registered Acupuncturist in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC. With a background in Health Sciences from Simon Fraser University, she is also a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor. Her passion for Traditional Chinese Medicine began through her own journey to heal chronic digestive issues and rosacea—turning to herbal remedies, TCM-based nutrition, and mindful movement when Western medicine fell short. In her practice, Crystal offers traditional needling, cupping, gua sha, acupressure, moxibustion, and electro-needling. She supports patients with a wide range of concerns including pain management, gastrointestinal issues, gynecological and reproductive health, addiction, and mental wellness. Outside the clinic, she enjoys brewing Gong-Fu Tea, nature walks, and tending to her garden.
