Chris is a graduate of the Registered Massage Therapy program at Vancouver Career College (2018), where he gained extensive clinical training and hands-on experience in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. With a long-standing interest in human anatomy and wellness, Chris was drawn to the field of massage therapy. His personal experience managing injuries without proper guidance has shaped his patient-centered approach, emphasizing education, functional recovery, and long-term well-being. Chris integrates a variety of therapeutic techniques into his practice, including trigger point therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, and remedial exercises. He is dedicated to lifelong learning and regularly pursues professional development to refine his clinical skills. He has participated in several outreach programs, including placements at CanWest CrossFit, City Centre Care Society, BCIT, and multiple senior care facilities—gaining valuable experience in diverse care settings. Outside the clinic, Chris enjoys weight training and playing sports such as soccer and basketball. He is always exploring new movement and rehabilitation strategies, which he tailors to each patient’s home care plan to support recovery and optimize performance.
