Amy Hamilton graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Centennial College in 2003. She holds a current and good standing general certificate with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and is a member of the Registered Massage Therapist Association of Ontario. She is well versed in a number of massage therapy techniques including; Swedish and deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations, PNF, cupping, NER-L, hydrotherapy and remedial exercise. Amy has extensive experience working with people of all ages and treats a wide variety of conditions including; acute injuries, chronic pain, stress and anxiety related tension, headaches and migraines, post-operative rehabilitation, neurological disorders, chronic illness and pre and postnatal care. She also has advanced training and a special interest in infant massage. Amy’s priority is to create a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment, striving to provide quality and effective evidence-based health care. Treatment plans are tailored to each individual based on her assessment findings. She is always up for new challenges and looks forward to helping clients reach their wellness goals.
