She graduated from American Massage and Bodywork Institute (AMBI) in Vienna, VA at the top of her class and is certified in Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Sports Massage and Cupping. Carmen has an extensive background in art and has been working as a freelance artist as well as teaching high school art for the last 19 years.
