I have been a massage therapist since 2009 and graduated from Everest College in Tacoma, WA. Over the years I have really tuned into how the muscles feel and react to certain techniques. My goal is to get you the client to regular maintenance of the body and feeling great in between sessions. I am skilled in: Pain Relief Stretching relieving headaches, sciatic pain, low back pain, neck/shoulder pain Stress and anxiety relief Fibromyalgia relief and other chronic pain relief Deep Tissue "Hurt So Good" In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, bowling, being involved in church activities, and being outdoors in the mountains. We head out and camp every so often to clear our mind and spirit to rejuvenate ourselves to give you the best treatment possible.
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
