Swedish massage techniques are used to manipulate soft tissues and muscles to relieve stress and discomfort. Treatments may address concerns such as neck tension, frozen shoulder, and lower back pain using a variety of techniques including effleurage, petrissage, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, trigger point therapy, and rapid release. Each session is customized to your needs and enhanced with warm hot towels, magnesium muscle relaxant application, and aromatherapy to support deeper relaxation and recovery.
