Welcome to Nicole Guitar Pelvic Floor Health Physiotherapy at Bell Tower Wellness I’m so glad you’re here! Whether we’ve worked together before or whether this is your first time booking, welcome! I am excited to work with you and I hope you feel seen, supported and empowered in your care. A few things to know before booking: - If you’re new to me, please select an “initial” appointment type so I have the time and space to understand your story and your goals - Not sure what to book? Feel free to reach out. I’m happy to help point you in the right direction. Send me an email to [email protected] - All appointments include assessment, treatment and time to chat through your care plan - I offer both in-person and virtual appointments I graduated in 2020 with my Masters of Physical Therapy and PhD in Physical Therapy. I have clinical interests in working with women in prenatal and postnatal care and both men and women experiencing pelvic pain conditions, urinary incontinence, and pelvic organ prolapse. My goal is to empower my clients and to make treatments accessible by considering all of the unique things that make each person she sees unique. I also hold a Master’s of Science degree in Behavioural and Cognitive Neuroscience and an honours Bachelor degree in Psychology. I have >100 hours of additional post-graduate training in Technologies to Support Pelvic Health, Labour and Delivery, Caesarean Birth, Pelvic Girdle Pain, The Physical Therapy Approach to Male and Female Urinary Incontinence, The Physical Therapy Approach to Male and Female Pelvic Pain, Mens Pelvic Health and Recovery from Prostatectomy. I am also the National Physiotherapy Manager at UROSPOT where I set a strategic direction and lead physiotherapists in cluster-wide initiatives to enhance clinical innovation and evidence-based practice. I also work as Research Scientist at Western University. My research examines cognitive abilities in females living with chronic pelvic pain, the role of nurses in Ontario as members of interdisciplinary care teams that contribute to rehabilitation, and the use of physical exercise to prevent and/or delay cognitive decline in older adults. Nicole has published her research work internationally.

If this is your first visit, welcome! This session is for you if you do not have a pelvic health concern and you're seeking physiotherapy. Please note that while I am trained to provide orthopaedic physiotherapy and do so regularly, my practice is focused on pelvic health concerns so I may refer you elsewhere if your problem area is not within my expertise. My training has particularly focused on chronic pain and musculoskeletal issues from the shoulders down (I.e., I do not regularly treat the cervical spine, shoulders, elbows and hands). This session is all about getting to know you, your story, your goals, and what's bringing you in. We'll go through a detailed history, movement assessment, and hands-on evaluation. You'll also receive treatment during this session, like hands-on therapy, exercise prescription and education tailored to your goals. We'll collaborate on a care plan that feels clear, supportive and aligned with your needs. Please note that the fee for this appointment will be increasing to $170.00 as of January 1, 2026.
