I developed a fascination with the body when taking a birth doula course at 20 years old and had been searching for a way to build on my knowledge ever since - massage & craniosacral therapy have been the perfect fit! In 2022, I graduated from the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy with Honours and have been working & taking continuing education in CranioSacral Therapy and Prenatal Massage. I believe that our bodies hold an incredible amount of wisdom when it comes to healing ourselves, and that sometimes we just need a little bit of guidance in the right direction. Whether you need deep pressure, light touch, or simply to have space held for you, I will maintain a steady presence throughout your process. I highly encourage you to allow yourself to relax into your treatments, as massage is just as much a mental release as it is physical. I love taking an individualized approach to make sure we find what feels most effective for your body. In my treatments I use a variety of techniques including trigger point therapy, fascial stretching, craniosacral therapy, lymphatic drainage, and Swedish massage. There’s a quote I love that says, “your hands are an extension of your heart,” and although it was written in regards to painting, I feel that there’s no better way to describe my approach to massage therapy. When I’m not working, I enjoy baking, gardening, Pilates, and spending time with my wife and our family. I’ve just recently moved back to Saskatoon to be closer to family and friends and am excited to meet a whole new client base!
