Dr. Ashley is a licensed naturopathic doctor in Ontario who practices evidence-informed, patient-centered care. Her passion for integrative medicine developed during her undergraduate studies, when her mom was diagnosed with breast cancer. Through this experience, Dr. Ashley saw firsthand the powerful impact of combining conventional and complementary therapies, and the important role holistic care can play in supporting overall health outcomes. She takes a whole-person approach, addressing root causes and creating individualized plans using nutrition, lifestyle counselling, botanical medicine, and other naturopathic modalities. Her care blends modern science with traditional therapies and emphasizes education, empowerment, and sustainable habits for both immediate relief and long-term wellness. Her clinical interests include integrative cancer care, women’s health, digestive health, stress management, and fatigue. Dr. Ashley graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Biology from McMaster University. She is in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario and is a member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors.

Initial Naturopathic Assessment

This comprehensive first visit includes a detailed assessment of your current health concerns, medical history, lifestyle, diet, and any medications or supplements you are taking. The goal is to gain an understanding of your physical, emotional, and environmental health. Based on this assessment, a personalized treatment plan will be developed, which may include nutrition, lifestyle recommendations, botanical medicine, supplements, and/or further testing if needed. This session also provides time to discuss your health goals and establish a therapeutic relationship
