I am a graduate from the Grant MacEwan University 2 year massage program and 3 Year Acupuncture program and 13 month program in Manual Osteopathy from MOCC. Practicing massage since June 2010 and holding additional training in Reiki (level 2), Warm Bamboo, Healing Jade stone, Cupping therapy (member in good standing with International cupping therapy association), Deep tissue, Sports massage, Trigger point therapy, Manual lymphatic drainage, pre and post natal, pediatric and geriatric massage and Graston. I enjoy using a variety of techniques in the treatments I provide depending on what the needs are of the client. I am a Mother of three Boys and two girls. I have always wanted to be a Mom and I have always loved to take care of others and make them feel better. This is one of the things that drew me to providing health care. That, and after a few car accidents I felt the best results came from using a multi discipline approach to getting my self back to pain free. I used Chiropractic, Physio, Massage, Acupuncture and Yoga. When I am not working or taking care of my family, I enjoy painting (some of my pieces are in the clinic), Scrapbooking, making jewelry and bath products. I also love to read self care and psychology books as I find them fascinating. I feel its just as important to take time to relax and take care of me so that I can take better care of others.
