Hello! I’m Leanne, and I’m passionate about helping people feel their best through osteopathic manual therapy. I graduated from the National Academy of Osteopathy in 2020, and since then, I’ve been committed to providing personalized care that addresses the root causes of discomfort, rather than simply treating the symptom. I believe that the body has an incredible ability to heal itself when given the right support. My approach combines hands-on techniques (such as soft tissue therapy, joint mobilizations, and stretching) with exercise rehabilitation and self-care guidance. Together, these methods work to improve your physical function both during our sessions and in your daily life. My goal is to create a customized treatment plan based on a thorough evaluation of your unique needs. Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or simply looking to improve your mobility and overall wellness, I’ll work with you to restore balance and enhance your well-being. What sets me apart is my dedication to truly listening to my clients. I take the time to understand your lifestyle, health history, and any concerns you may have, so we can collaborate on a treatment plan that works best for you. I’m excited to be part of your journey toward better health. If you’re looking for a holistic and effective approach to pain relief and wellness, I’d love to work with you. Feel free to reach out to book an appointment—I look forward to helping you feel your best!
Initial Appointment (60 minutes) Your first appointment includes a review of your health history, a movement assessment to identify the root cause of your concern, and a treatment. Based on your needs, we’ll finish with corrective exercises and self-care tools to support your progress.
