He takes time to learn about each client, their pain patterns and their personal priorities. He listens to the body, assesses physical holding patterns, and gives a customized session to each client he sees. Myofascial bodywork has been shown to consistently increase people's quality of life assisting individuals in utilizing their latent muscle strength and enhancing one's sense of well-being. As each layer of tension and each holding pattern is released there is a greater sense of bodily balance and physical calm. Structural Integration sessions include a variety of bodywork techniques intended to reorganize and integrate the body in relationship to gravity, by working with soft tissues and/or correcting inappropriate patterns of movement and balancing the nervous system.
