My name is Brianna Clayton. I am a Native Tusconan, born and raised, 3rd generation, lucky enough to call this beautiful city my home. I couldn't imagine living somewhere else and I am proud to now open my doors for business and be a part of the community in this aspect. Not only was I born and raised in Tucson but I was born and raised into an athletic family. I grew up in the pool, swimming competitively (USA Swimming) since the age of 4, Hillenbrand Aquatics was where you could find me. If I wasnt in the pool practicing, I was at Udall or Reid watching my mom play Volleyball, watching my dad play tennis, basketball or at my sisters rehearsals, it was a go go go household! During high school, I was a Three-Sport Letter Athlete - Swimming, Basketball, Track & Field. College, I was able to study Health and Wellness: Sport Science, which gave me a deeper appreciation for the human body and what amazing things I already knew it was capable of having seen athletes all my life. My fascination continued to grow. Life takes turns though and off I went in a completely different direction! Time flies when youre having fun! And after 13 years of making everyone in Tucson delicious food and beautiful cakes, I decided the restaurant industry had enough of me. I had a truly stellar career working for the companies I did. The experiences I went through, long story short - eye opening, invaluable, connection. I moved up very quickly through positions, managing 2 stores at 19, worked 3 jobs for 2-3 years and lastly at the same company for 10 years. I had been working so hard for everyone else since I was 18..I got lost. I needed to put my time and energy into something, different, better, more of what I wanted for myself. And so I did! I made a career change and enrolled in the Massage Therapist program at Arizona School of Integrated Studies (A.S.I.S), graduating in 2022. Hands-on-training since the 3rd day of class and working on real clients in our Student Clinic at 6 weeks. While I was in school I worked as a Sales Associate for a massage company to get a better understanding of the back office work. And upon graduation, I already had my next move set up and was just awaiting my license. I received my Massage Therapy License in May 2023 and have been working since then. Movement, connection and the human body. These are the words that seem to sum it all up, because in a sense isn't that what it's all about? The understanding of what those words mean to me, how they work and why we need them all together is why I love massage and love being a massage therapist. I am still very new in the massage world but the importance of massage therapy in keeping the body functioning, doesn't matter what level you are at. You need no type of level or anything to get a massage. And thats where I come in! Massage is for you, only for you. I am here to hold the space and help.
