FR: Athlète multisport depuis toujours et ancienne entraîneuse, Isabelle a passé sa vie à explorer le mouvement sous toutes ses formes — du handball au hockey, du ski au vélo, du yoga chaud aux entraînements en gym. Après plusieurs blessures importantes, elle a développé une compréhension profonde du corps, de ses limites… et surtout de son potentiel. C’est ce parcours qui l’a menée vers la massothérapie. Aujourd’hui, elle aide ses clients à mieux comprendre leur corps, à bouger avec plus de conscience et à retrouver une qualité de vie qui soutient autant la performance que le quotidien. Proactive, dynamique et très à l’écoute, elle accompagne aussi bien les athlètes que les femmes sportives, les futures mamans, les personnes en réadaptation ou celles qui veulent simplement se sentir mieux dans leur posture et leurs mouvements. Maman de trois enfants et passionnée de plein air, Isabelle incarne un mode de vie actif, curieux et résilient — une énergie qu’elle transmet naturellement à ses clients. Today, she helps clients better understand their bodies, move with awareness, and improve their quality of life — whether they’re athletes, active women, moms‑to‑be, or anyone recovering from injury or looking to feel better in their posture and daily movement. Dynamic, proactive, and deeply attentive, she brings both technical insight and genuine care to every session. A mother of three and an outdoor enthusiast, Isabelle embodies an active, resilient lifestyle — and brings that same energy to the people she treats.
