I earned my Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic after studying Exercise Science at the University of Iowa. My husband, Tyler, and I settled in the Cedar Rapids/Hiawatha area in 2009, where we’re raising our two kids, Porter and Cooper. Back in Line Family Chiropractic & Wellness is truly my second home. I’m passionate about creating a collaborative, patient-first environment where individuals and families can receive personalized care under one roof. My approach blends chiropractic, acupuncture, and functional medicine to look beyond symptoms and focus on identifying and addressing the root cause of health concerns. My clinical interests include headaches and migraines, hormone and thyroid balance, digestive health, fertility support, and overall wellness optimization. I especially enjoy helping patients who are new to chiropractic or those seeking a proactive, long-term approach to their health and performance. Outside the clinic, I enjoy traveling, biking, reading, and cheering on my kids and their friends from the bleachers.
